  8. Backlight Control
  9. Monitors mouse activity, keyboard activity and charger status of your PowerBook. When the mouse has been idle for a certain amount of time (user specified) and you are working from the battery the backlight is turned off. As soon as you move the mouse, click the mouse, start typing or plug in your power adapter the backlight is set back on. Backlight Control should work on any PowerBook with backlighting.
